LIFI22 – David Olusoga
Professor David Olusoga examined the causes of the ‘history wars’ and asks where they might lead us. As the presenter of the BBC show, A House Through Time and author of Black and British: A Forgotten History and also a lecturer in Public History at the University of Manchester.
Perhaps best known for a television series that explores British social history through deep archival dives into the lives of the inhabitants of individual houses. What we are leaving through is not a moment of intellectual fashion, but a deep shift of consciousness about history.
