With mental health being such an important topic right now, our panel of speakers gave a powerful discussion that brought together individual experiences and options for support.
It may take more than just talking for mental health in the country to improve; structural change is also necessary.
Political appetite for addressing the problems with mental health must improve.
Sometimes, you just need to put the handbrake on, utilise support available and take a step back. Overtime, you might find what’s right for you in terms of help.
If you or someone you know is in mental health crisis and needs medical help fast:
