An author and research scientist at the Recreational Fear Lab at Aarhus University, Denmark, Coltan examines the psychology behind the human fascination with threats. With a PhD in Behavioural Biology from The University of Chicago, Coltan looks at how it’s used in forms of entertainment and play, and how it relates to mental health.
