October 14, 2025

We can’t wait to welcome you to Leeds Playhouse this week for the Leeds International Festival of Ideas 2025.

There’s still time to grab tickets for a selection of thought-provoking events – take a look at the brilliant article on Welcome to Leeds here, which lists them

On the day

Pop by the Waterstones bookshop in the Playhouse Kitchen (Level 2) selling books from your favourite speakers.

Continue the conversation after the event, and go find Beth on Vox Pop duty on the second floor. Look out for the white-branded wall near the SOYO Square Entrance.

New this year!

Pick up some exclusive #LIFI25 merchandise in the Playhouse kitchen area (level 2) and any pop-up activities.

And if that wasn’t enough, stick around for book signings after selected events (check our Instagram Stories for the latest).

See you soon for a week of ideas, inspiration, and conversation!
