Dr Katie Chicot is CEO of MathsWorldUK, senior lecturer at the Open University (OU), and European Mathematical Society outreach committee chair. She has captained the OU team on BBC2’s Beat the Brain, created the Perplex maths app, and was a consultant on BBC Radio 4’s More or Less.
