A former gang-leader-turned-activist and entrepreneur, Karl spent the past decade advocating for a more inclusive business ecosystem. After a youth anti-violence project intervention, Karl turned his life around. He is now co-founder of DBK Studios and Black Seed and works with famous decision-makers to role models and fundraisers.
