Taylor is a plaintiff in In Re: Social Media Adolescent Addiction/Personal Injury Products Liability Litigation, a lawsuit in the United States against Meta, Snap, Google, and TikTok. alleging that the platforms are defective because they are designed to maximize screen time, which can encourage addictive behavior in adolescents.
They began using Instagram at 11 and became addicted by age 12, developing an eating disorder, depression, self-harm behaviors, and had multiple suicide attempts.
Taylor is currently studying English literature and creative writing. at the University of Colorado.
