British-born Nigerian, Tumi Sotire, founded The Black Dyspraxic to highlight the importance of intersectionality in neurodiversity through his personal experience.

With advisory roles at Birkbeck University’s Centre for Neurodiversity at Work and on the Co-Production Board for Neurodiversity in Business, Tumi uses his platform to promote inclusion and empowerment.
